Perfect Yorkshire puddings

Ingredients
- 140 g Plain Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
- To make the batter put the flour and salt into a bowl and add the eggs. Using an electric whisk, whisk till smooth.
- Gradually add the milk, whisking the whole time. Allow the bater to stand in a fridge for a couple of hours (if you have time!).
- Heat oven to 210C. Drizzle a little sunflower oil into each depression of a 12 hole muffin tray.
- Put the muffin tray into the hot oven until the oil is hot.
- Remove the tin from the oven, half fill each muffin hole with batter and return the tin to the oven for 20 minutes.
