Rough Mash
Really simple but amazingly tasty take on mashed potatoes.
Servings 4 people
Ingredients
- 800 g New Potatoes
- 4 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 50 g Butter
Instructions
- Steam the potatoes for about 20 mins, or until cooked.
- Once the potatoes are done, melt the butter in a small pan and then add the salt and garlic and cook over a medium heat for a couple of minutes.
- Use a potato masher or the back of a ladle to break up the potatoes .. but DONT MASH THEM. Mix in the garlic butter and serve.
