Ingredients

  • 4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Black Peppercorns ground
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 20 Chicken Wing jointed and tips removed
  • 50 g Butter
  • 75 ml Frank’s Hot Sauce

Instructions

Make the Dry rub

  • You can make a load of this up and keep it so you can use it whenever I want.  Combine :
        4 parts Garlic Powder
        4 parts Smoked Paprika
        2 parts Cayenne Pepper
        1 part Black Pepper
        1 part Salt

Make the Hot Sauce

  • Use half a 150ml bottle of hot sauce for 20 wings, then add 50g butter and a few dessert spoons of the rub (without flour)

Cooking the Wings

  • Take 3 parts dry rub and add 1 part flour
  • Coat the chicken wings in the rub with flour
  • Bake on quite a high temperature until crispy
  • Take out of oven and add sauce while still hot
