Corn Chaat
This amazing dish can be serverd as a snack, or as a side dish.
Ingredients
- 500 g Sweetcorn kernels I use fresh corn, you can use frozen
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Chaat Masala
- ½ tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 Handful Fresh Coriander finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
Instructions
- Add the butter and salt to a saucepan over a medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the sweetcorn; turn the heat down to low and place a lid on the pan. You are steaming the sweetcorn in butter 🙂
- After about 10 minnutes, taste a kernel to see if they are cooked. Once you are happy add the chilli powder and Chaat Masala. Mix and cook for a further two minutes.
- Transfer into a serving dish and mix in the Coriander and Lime juice.
