Cath's Perfect Buffalo Wings

- 4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 4 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Black Peppercorns ground
- 1 tsp Salt
- 20 Chicken Wing jointed and tips removed
- 50 g Butter
- 75 ml Frank's Hot Sauce
Make the Dry rub
You can make a load of this up and keep it so you can use it whenever I want. Combine : 4 parts Garlic Powder 4 parts Smoked Paprika 2 parts Cayenne Pepper 1 part Black Pepper 1 part Salt
Cooking the Wings
Take 3 parts dry rub and add 1 part flour
Coat the chicken wings in the rub with flour
Bake on quite a high temperature until crispy
Take out of oven and add sauce while still hot
