Chaat Masala

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Black Peppercorns
  • ¼ tsp Asafoetida
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Black Salt
  • 2 tbsp Amchur Mango powder

Instructions

  • Heat a dry pan over a medium heat, add the cumin, fennel and peppercorns and toast for a couple of minutes.
  • Transfer the seeds to a spice grinder and grind to a fine powder.
  • Transfer into a clean, dry jar. Add the Asafoetida, Ground Ginger, Salt and Amchur and mix well.
