- 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
- ¼ tsp Black Peppercorns
- ¼ tsp Asafoetida
- ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tbsp Black Salt
- 2 tbsp Amchur Mango powder
Heat a dry pan over a medium heat, add the cumin, fennel and peppercorns and toast for a couple of minutes.
Transfer the seeds to a spice grinder and grind to a fine powder.
Transfer into a clean, dry jar. Add the Asafoetida, Ground Ginger, Salt and Amchur and mix well.
