- 140 g Plain Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
To make the batter put the flour and salt into a bowl and add the eggs. Using an electric whisk, whisk till smooth.
Gradually add the milk, whisking the whole time. Allow the bater to stand in a fridge for a couple of hours (if you have time!).
Heat oven to 210C. Drizzle a little sunflower oil into each depression of a 12 hole muffin tray.
Put the muffin tray into the hot oven until the oil is hot.
Remove the tin from the oven, half fill each muffin hole with batter and return the tin to the oven for 20 minutes.
