Ingredients

  • 140 g Plain Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Instructions

  • To make the batter put the flour and salt into a bowl and add the eggs. Using an electric whisk, whisk till smooth.
  • Gradually add the milk, whisking the whole time. Allow the bater to stand in a fridge for a couple of hours (if you have time!).
  • Heat oven to 210C. Drizzle a little sunflower oil into each depression of a 12 hole muffin tray.
  • Put the muffin tray into the hot oven until the oil is hot.
  • Remove the tin from the oven, half fill each muffin hole with batter and return the tin to the oven for 20 minutes.
