Tiny dice of 2 Medjool date
Chopped coriander
Instructions
Make the Base
Put Couscous, olive oil, salt and orange zest into a bowl
Add boiling stock, stir and cover for 10 mins.
gently fluff with a fork
Flavouring Layer
Toast the nuts in a dry pan
fold ingredients into Couscous
